Greg was born and raised in Pittsburgh and is a 1980 graduate of Shady Side Academy. After graduation from Princeton University in 1984, he worked for the Marriott Corporation in Philadelphia. After living for two years on the "wrong side" of Pennsylvania, he returned to his home-town of Pittsburgh to attend law school. He graduated from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law in 1989. After 17 years with the downtown Pittsburgh law firm of Brennan, Robins & Daley, P.C., he formed Gerlach Law Center, P.C. in 2019. He is a Past Chair of the Allegheny County Bar Association Real Property Section. He is also a licensed resident title agent in Pennsylvania for Ally Settlement Co., Red Bird Settlement Co., and Top Tier Settlement Company. He is also a licensed real estate broker and is the Broker of Record for Jeffrey Costa Select Realty, LLC.
Outside of work Greg stays active in the community. He served on President's Advisory Board, the 50th Anniversary Committee, and the Founders Legacy Committee at The Campus School of Carlow University. At Shady Side Academy, Greg was Chair of the Annual Fund, a member of the Alumni Council, a Blue and Gold Fund volunteer, the Parents' Association and an Admissions Ambassador. Greg is also a past Chair of the Alumni Schools Committee for the Princeton Alumni Association of Western Pennsylvania.
Harvey Robins, a veteran real estate lawyer, is Of Counsel with Gerlach Law Center, P.C. since its founding. He has been recognized as a "best lawyer" for condemnation law, but has expertise in all areas of real estate law, including purchase, sales, and leasing. Harvey is a pioneer of real estate tax assessment in Allegheny County; he has represented home owners as well as owners of hotels, shopping centers, gas service stations, office buildings, rental properties, and golf courses in all aspects of real estate tax assessment law.
He is a lifelong resident of Pittsburgh. He attended the University of Pittsburgh, and law school at the University of Miami. He was a founding partner of Brennan, Robins & Daley, P.C., where he practiced law for more than 60 years. He is a past Chair of the Allegheny County Bar Association Real Property Section. He is licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania and Florida. Harvey is also a licensed resident title agent in Pennsylvania.
Becca Lerman joins Gerlach Law Center as a recent graduate of The University of Pittsburgh School of Law. She also holds a Master Degree from its Graduate School of Public and International Affairs. She holds her undergraduate degree in Supply Chain and Information Systems from The Pennsylvania State University. During her undergraduate and graduate studies, she volunteered with a number of non-profit organizations in Pittsburgh, Philadelphia, and State College. Becca's primary focus is in real estate law, real estate titles, estate planning and administration and business law.
