Harvey Robins, a veteran real estate lawyer, is Of Counsel with Gerlach Law Center, P.C. since its founding. He has been recognized as a "best lawyer" for condemnation law, but has expertise in all areas of real estate law, including purchase, sales, and leasing. Harvey is a pioneer of real estate tax assessment in Allegheny County; he has represented home owners as well as owners of hotels, shopping centers, gas service stations, office buildings, rental properties, and golf courses in all aspects of real estate tax assessment law.

He is a lifelong resident of Pittsburgh. He attended the University of Pittsburgh, and law school at the University of Miami. He was a founding partner of Brennan, Robins & Daley, P.C., where he practiced law for more than 60 years. He is a past Chair of the Allegheny County Bar Association Real Property Section. He is licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania and Florida.
